If your client makes a justified claim (with proof of non-compliance), the amount he will have paid for your service will be fully reimbursed and you will not be paid.

However, if the customer claim is not justified, money will be paid to you. To ensure that everything goes well, we recommend that you use only the Hivoox phone lines in your service and that you use our ticket system exclusively to communicate with the customer. The calls made or received, as well as the emails exchanged through our ticket system will help us to decide in case of conflict.
